Taxis

Taxi ranks are located outside both terminals, and commissionaires are available to assist you during peak movement periods.

Parking

Parking is available in the secure, undercover, multi story Collie Street Car Park situated adjacent to the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle in Collie Street. Parking Discount Tickets are available to purchase allowing delegates to park for the full day at a flat rate of $13.00, subject to change. Parking Discount Tickets can be purchased by completing the relevant section on the Registration Form. Tickets will be given to delegates upon registration. Please note that by purchasing a pre-paid parking ticket, a car bay is not guaranteed – we recommend you arrive at the car park by 8.00am.

Bookings for pre-paid parking will close on Friday 13 August 2010.

Child Care

Please note that no official arrangements have been made for child care during the Symposium.  Please check with the hotel you are staying at who may be able to assist you further with babysitting services during your stay.

Communication

All communication with registered delegates will be by email wherever an email address is provided, or by fax.  If you register and do not receive a confirmation either by email or fax within 5 working days please contact the Symposium Secretariat EECW by phone on (08) 9389 1488 or email aline@eecw.com.au.

Indemnity

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and EECW Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Symposium. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Symposium, or through cancellation of the Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Symposium Secretariat nor the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.

Meals

The Symposium Organisers recognise that some delegates may have special dietary needs. Please advise the Symposium Secretariat either via the registration form or in writing should you wish for them to make alternative arrangements on your behalf.

Please Note: Dietary requirements received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. Kosher meals may be available, however please note this will be at an additional cost.

Smoking Policy

The West Australian Government imposes a strict no smoking policy in venues, restaurants, bars and shopping centres in Perth.

Privacy Statement

In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, EECW Pty Ltd and other parties directly related to the Symposium.  Should you wish for your details not to be included in this list, please tick the privacy requested box on the registration form.
