Registration

Registration can be made by completing the enclosed registration form and returning it via fax or post to the Symposium Secretariat, EECW Pty Ltd.

Alternatively, online registration is available below. Visit the registration page and follow the prompts to complete the registration details as requested. We suggest that you print a copy of your registration prior to submission.

* Speaker registrations are for individuals whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the Symposium.

** Student registrations must supply proof of student status from their institution.

*** Late registration: whilst we will make every endeavour to provide late registrations with full Symposium entitlements, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a Symposium satchel, satchel inserts or Symposium program. Some social functions might also not be available this close to the Symposium. This is due largely to the deadlines leading up to the Symposium.

Payment Policy

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the Symposium. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.

Transfer/Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Symposium, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat – EECW Pty Ltd. Cancellations and "No Shows" that have not paid will be charged the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation.

  1. A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made on those received before 7 June 2010.
  2. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 7 June 2010 and 5 July 2010.
  3. No refund will be made after 5 July 2010.
  4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Symposium.
